He rose to worldwide fame as the 2018 ACB World Champion after winning the 2017 ADCC Brazilian RJ Trials.  Before Fame He first began his martial arts career practicing judo during his pre-teen years. He joined his cousin in jiu jitsu courses soon thereafter.   Trivia He became the Rio de Janeiro UAEJJF Grand Slam Champion in 2018.
